Pieter Stenfert

Pieter Stenfert (1964) studied Dutch law at the UvA. Only then did he discover his true fascination: organizational development through personal development. His search brought him via Artimo BV, Randstad, KPMG Management Consulting and Stenfert Teamcoaching to the path of Insightos Discovery. Together with study friend John van der Steur, he founded Insights Benelux in 2003, which grew into a successful and leading L&D organization. At the end of 2018, he and his partners handed over Insights Benelux to Insights Global. He still coaches leaders and (executive) teams towards meaningful, effective collaboration.

Pieter: “I believe that self-insight is the key to a responsible and meaningful life. That’s why I invest a lot in my own development, and facilitate organizations, teams and leaders in their development. I do this in varying roles as leader, advisor, mentor and (team) coach. I come into my own when I can solve problems as part of a team, set ambitions, connect people and ideas and create a good working atmosphere. In everything I do, I strive to be true to myself, compassionate with others and curious about life. My style is personal, authentic and lighthearted.”
